Advancing knowledge on fatigue
and related symptoms

We are an international network of 131 medical doctors, clinical psychologists, and researchers from 16 countries and regions - Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States.

What united us is a biopsychosocial understanding of long-term fatigue and related persistent physical symptoms.

The field is marled by complexity, scientific controversies and rapid development. As engaged professionals, we see a clear need for a trustworthy platform where experts can:

  • Access and share the lates evidence-based knowledge

  • Engage in open, informed and respectful dialogue

  • Build frameworks for collaboration, innovation and clinical progress

Our vision

We want to help shape a broader, more constructive, and better-informed public narrative around these disabling conditions.

Health care professionals should feel free to discuss, and to recommend any evidence-based treatment that offer realistic hope of improvement - and even recovery.

Our shared aim is to foster scientific progress and better outcomes for those living with long-term fatigue and related symptoms.
